We are a highly experienced firm with a deep understanding of the NZ business sector, extensive networks and a proven track record.

From 2024 we will be known as Leadersearch Partners and will be a wholly kiwi owned and operated consultancy. We will continue to have International affiliations with partner organisations in North America, Europe and Australia, so that we can draw on the global market when we need to.

We have made this change to ensure we have the autonomy to deliver results to our clients in the most efficient and cost-effective way. We offer all of the capabilities of larger firms while being more nimble and entrepreneurial in the marketplace. It also allows us flexibility to partner more effectively with clients by providing a broader range of services.
